RealSound Technology

The defining feature of the Oticon Real is RealSound Technology, which specifically addresses a common complaint about hearing aids: the way they handle sudden loud sounds. Traditional hearing aids can produce an unpleasant "clipping" or distortion when a sudden loud sound occurs — a door slamming, a dog barking, a car horn.
